To provide resume optimization services, we process the contents of your uploaded resume files (such as contact information, work history, and skills) and any job descriptions you provide. For registered users, we also store basic account info like email addresses and names.

2. How We Use Information

We process your resume data solely to score its compatibility against job descriptions, generate optimized bullet suggestions, and build custom tailored PDF resumes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your resumes to train artificial intelligence models.

3. Third-Party Services

We run optimization steps using secure APIs from companies like OpenAI and Anthropic. These providers are bound by strict agreements prohibiting them from using Beseekr customer data for training public systems.

4. Data Retention and Security

We encrypt all uploaded data at rest using AES-256 keys. You can delete your resume uploads or workspace history at any time, which permanently purges the data. Guest/unregistered runs are automatically cleaned up.
