We understand that your resume contains sensitive personal, contact, and professional details. Beseekr is built around strict data protection protocols.
AES-256 Encryption at Rest
All resume draft data, tailoring history, and profile documents are symmetrically encrypted before being written to our database. We use secure Key Management Services with rotated keys.
TLS 1.3 in Transit
All traffic between your browser and our server is secured using SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption. This prevents eavesdropping and tampering during document upload or retrieval.
Zero AI Training Retention
We partner only with private LLM API endpoints (such as OpenAI and Anthropic APIs). Our agreements guarantee that your uploaded resumes and job descriptions are never retained, stored, or used to train public models.
Transient Guest Processing
Guest uploads and runs do not persist in long-term storage envelopes. Guest tailoring results are automatically queued for deletion and pruned from memory.
Transparent Data Controls
Right to Delete: You have full control over your data. In Beseekr, deleting a tailored run or resume file instantly purges the records, binary files, and index keys from our cache and database permanently.
Account Inactivity: Inactive sessions are automatically invalidated after 25 minutes of inactivity to protect your account from session hijacking on shared computers.
Private Shared Previews: Share links are signed cryptographically using a rolling HMAC signature unique to you and the run ID. Crawlers are prohibited from indexing workspaces.
